Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FiveToClose handles information when you use https://soloads.si (the "Site"). FiveToClose is located at 2618 Gravois Ave, Suite 19, St. Louis, Missouri 63118, United States. This Policy is part of the Terms of Use.
The Site does not open an account and does not take a card payment. If you buy a solo ad, you pay Pulse Traffic on their site, under their privacy policy and their terms.
1. Who this Policy covers
1.1 This Policy covers visitors to the Site. It covers email you send to the address in Section 10. It does not control what Pulse Traffic, or any other site you open from a link, does with information after you leave the Site.
2. Information collected by the server
2.1 The web server that hosts the Site writes an ordinary access log. A log line can include your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring URL, the browser's user agent, and the status code returned.
2.2 We use those logs to operate the Site, to keep it available, and to investigate abuse. We do not use the log to build a profile for sale.
3. The measurement script
3.1 Each page of the Site loads a script from isyourtrafficreal.com. The script is identified on the page by the key iytr_90d130d3ef45d6daba4693e8. Its job is to help us tell a human visit from an automated visit.
3.2 As that script is written, it stores a session identifier in the browser's session storage for the current tab session. It expires an older cookie named _iytr. It sends, to isyourtrafficreal.com, the page origin and path (the query string is stripped), the referrer origin and path, the page title, the browser language, the time zone, the screen size, a hardware-concurrency figure, a device-memory figure if the browser provides one, whether a webdriver flag is set, whether you interacted with the page, a dwell time, whether the page was visible, a Global Privacy Control signal if the browser sends one, and utm parameters when they are present on the address.
3.3 The Site has no form. The script does not collect a name, an email address, or a card number from the Site, because the Site does not ask for them.
4. Email you send us
4.1 If you email support@fivetoclose.cloud, we receive the address you wrote from, the contents of the message, and any attachment you include. We use that correspondence to answer you and to keep a record of the request.
5. What we do not collect on the Site
5.1 We do not collect card numbers on the Site. Payment for a solo ad is collected by Pulse Traffic.
5.2 We do not create a user account, and we do not ask you to sign in.
5.3 We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising of our own.
6. How we use information
6.1 We use server logs and the measurement described in Section 3 to operate the Site, to protect it, and to understand whether visits are human or automated.
6.2 We use email you send us to respond, and to keep the correspondence that response requires.
7. Who receives information
7.1 The company that hosts the server processes the access log as part of hosting.
7.2 isyourtrafficreal.com receives the measurement described in Section 3, because that is where the script sends it.
7.3 If you follow an Order Link, Pulse Traffic receives whatever you then submit on their site, under their policy. We do not receive your card number from that checkout.
7.4 We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal process.
8. How long information is kept
8.1 Session storage used by the measurement script is cleared when that browser session ends. The length of time isyourtrafficreal.com keeps a measurement it has already received is governed by that service.
8.2 Server logs are kept on the host and rotated in the ordinary course of operating the server.
8.3 Email is kept for as long as we need it to handle your request and for any period we are required to keep a business record.
9. Your choices
9.1 You may block scripts in your browser. If you block the measurement script, the page still loads. The measurement described in Section 3 will not be sent from that browser.
9.2 If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the measurement script forwards that signal with the measurement.
9.3 To ask about email you sent us, write to support@fivetoclose.cloud. The Site has no account to delete, because it does not create one.
10. Children
10.1 The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 16. If you believe we have, write to support@fivetoclose.cloud and we will delete the email or log entry you identify, where we are able to find it.
11. Security
11.1 We serve the Site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We do not promise that unauthorized access is impossible.
12. Visitors from outside the United States
12.1 The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, information described in this Policy is processed in the United States.
13. Changes
13.1 We may update this Policy by posting a new copy on this page with a new effective date. The date at the top of the page is the effective date.
